Apollo Rios Lomba (he/they) is a Black Latino, trans-masc visual storyteller who blends physical and digital media. He is an Aquarius who was born and raised in Providence, RI. Currently, he pursues art education with DownCity Design, teaching youth designers in his community. They earned a BFA from the Pratt Institute in Communications Design: Illustration. His work invokes joy, wonder, and passion in viewers. Their body of work lovingly spotlights Black people by using elements of epic fantasy, dynamic movement, and bright chromatic colors.
